The bag filter is a dry filter device. It is suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt, and the dust-containing gas is filtered by the filtering effect of the fiber fabric. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag filter, the dust with large particles and high specific gravity will be affected by gravity. The effect settles down and falls into the ash hopper. When the gas containing finer dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked, so that the gas is purified. The body structure of the bag filter is mainly composed of an upper box body, a middle box body, a lower box body (ash bucket), ash cleaning system and ash discharge mechanism. When the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the inlet pipe of the lower part of the dust collector through the deflector, the coarse dust will fall into the ash hopper due to the collision of the deflector and the reduction of gas velocity, and the remaining fine particles will follow. The gas enters the filter bag chamber. Due to the inertia, diffusion, barrier, hooking, static electricity and other effects of the filter material fiber and fabric, the dust is trapped in the filter bag, and the purified gas escapes out of the bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The dust on the filter bag is removed by spraying pulse airflow, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal. The removed dust falls into the ash hopper and then is discharged by the ash discharge device. Compared with electrostatic precipitator, the bag filter is cheaper to manufacture, has no requirements on the nature of the dust, and the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%.
