(2) Strength and elasticity of acrylic dust bag: Its strength is 17.6～30.8cN/tex, which is lower than polyester and nylon, and its elongation at break is 25%～46%, which is similar to polyester and nylon. Acrylic fiber is fluffy, curled and soft, and has good elasticity, but the residual deformation after multiple stretches is large, and the shape retention of the fabric is not good.
(3) Hygroscopicity of acrylic dust bag: The acrylic fiber has a compact structure, low moisture absorption, and the moisture regain rate is about 2% under general atmospheric conditions.
(4) Light resistance of acrylic dust bag: Acrylic fiber has excellent light resistance and weather resistance, which is the best among common textile fibers. Acrylic fiber is exposed to outdoor for one year, its strength is only reduced by 20%, so acrylic fiber is the most suitable fabric for outdoor use.
(5) Acid and alkali resistance of acrylic dust bag: it has good chemical stability, acid resistance, weak alkali resistance, oxidant resistance and organic solvent resistance. But acrylic fiber will turn yellow in lye, and macromolecules will break.
(6) Other properties of acrylic dust bag. It has good heat resistance, but poor abrasion resistance and poor dimensional stability. The relative density of acrylic fiber is relatively small.
The working temperature of acrylic dust bag is ≤150℃, and the instantaneous temperature is ≤180℃.
