Product Description
1) FMS Needle filter felt makes the air filter bags has a high and stable dust collection efficiency. FMS is a good high temperature resistance filter fabrics, this fabrics mainly made by 5.5 micron diameter glass fiber blend with P84 (polyimide), aramid(Nomex), PPS (ryton) fiber, with the three dimensional cellular structure, low air resistance, especial blend with P84 which with leaf style fiber, can increase the filter surface (80%). 
Therefore, this FMS Needle Felt is easy to collect the dust, increase the fiber cohesion, can accept the high wind speed (50% higher about 1~1.4m/min), and it also has the properties of abrasion resistance.

Remarks  

1) The length of dust filter bags for dust filter cloth:  can be customized 

Usual size: diameter 100mm, 125mm, 130mm, 150mm, 180mm, 250mm ect.

2) Process Method: automatic sewing or welded

3)Production details: Double bottoms and reinforcement to make abrasion resistance.

Sewing thread: PTFE thread.

4)Inspection:  Filter bags will be according to the national standards, industry standards and enterprise standards.

5) If your required filter bag is different from our usual one, then please send us your drawing picture and  choose material you need since we also produce the nonstandard filter bag.
