Dust bag is known as the heart of the bag filter, is the most critical and important part of the bag filter in the process of operation, in general the cylindrical dust filter bag is vertically suspended in the bag filter. The fabric and design of the bag are designed for high efficiency filtration, easy dust stripping and durability.
In the dust removal process, when dust containing gas particles pass through the dust collector, the dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the bag, while the clean gas enters the bag through the filter media. The dust cage inside the dust collector bag is used to support the bag and prevent it from collapsing, and it also helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake. For some special working conditions, it is important to post-treat the dust bag. General routine is divided into the following categories:
1. Burning pressure treatment
This treatment is mainly with the fire mouth against the surface of the fast walking fabric, lint burning, and then use high-temperature rollers on the surface of the fabric for ironing, so that the fabric surface is smooth and easy to clear ash. This not only improves the performance of the filter media cleaning ash, but also meets the collection of fine dust.
2. Antistatic treatment
Some dusts will easily burn when they meet sparks in the specified concentration state. So for flammable or explosive dust must be used after anti-static treatment of needle felt filter media. Anti-static filter media is to mix in the fiber of the filter material into the conductive fiber or base cloth woven with conductive function of the strip of yarn, so that the entire filter material are equipped with conductive properties, the use of the process of static electricity through the filter media to guide the dust collector box and the ground, to prevent the explosion caused by static sparks.
3. Waterproof and oil-proof treatment
The surface of the filter bag is hydrophobic, and the water droplets can roll on the surface of the fabric, which makes it easier to catch dust and avoid and reduce the phenomenon of gluing and corrosion of the bag due to dew when the temperature difference is relatively large.
4. Easy to clear ash treatment
Generally is the mirror treatment, or the surface layer with fine denier fiber surface needled on the surface of the fabric, the fabric has high quality dust cleaning performance, and can work for a long time in the higher filtration wind speed.
5. PTFE lamination treatment
If the particle size of dust is less than 1 micron, or the dust has great adhesion, or the humidity of the containing gas is large, the ordinary filter media can not be effectively filtered. Teflon laminated filter media is not only high in filtration accuracy, but also has a smooth surface that does not adhere to the dust and is easy to clean, while the dust does not penetrate into the interior of the filter media.
6. Heat-setting treatment
In addition to the post-processing of dust bags, dust bags should also be heat-setting. The purpose of heat setting is to eliminate the residual stress during the processing of the filter bag, so that the size of the filter bag is stable and the surface is flat. If the size of the filter bag is not stable, the bag will be easily deformed in the process of use, which will increase the friction between the bag and the keel, and the keel in the bag will be difficult to extract, which will lead to the phenomenon of dust accumulation in serious cases.
