2. The filtration performance of the filter media affects the actual service life of the filter bag. The filter media must operate normally under the conditions of the flue gas, the functional (performance) quality of the filter media mainly refers to the filtration efficiency and ash removal performance. Good filtration efficiency of the filter media means that the dust can be well blocked on the surface of the filter media and rarely penetrate into the middle of the filter media, which not only reduces the wear and tear of the dust particles on the filter fibres during the movement of the filter bag, but also enables the dust on the surface of the filter media to be removed in the largest quantity. Therefore, good performance off ash, filter media due to dust layer agglomeration and the formation of running resistance is small, a dust cleaning and then rise to set the dust cleaning pressure cycle will be extended. The longer the cleaning cycle, the number of times the filter bag needs to be cleaned is reduced, the less the number of times the filter bag is mechanically damaged, the longer the service life of the filter bag.
