Liu Mishang is such a "screw", since he joined the company in July 2018, he has been transferred 5 times, whether it is cutting and assembling, or doing a dry room management in the catalyst workshop, he is a soldier, always meticulous, standing the first shift after the catalyst products are formed.

The "housekeeper" of 80 drying rooms

When you walk into the catalyst workshop of Yuanchen Technology, you will see two rows of sealed "facade rooms", marked with temperature, humidity, days and times. This is Liu Misheng's "best friend" - a dry room in the catalyst workshop.

There are a total of 80 drying rooms, and Liu Mishang knows the situation of the drying rooms like the back of his hand. Every day at 8 o'clock, he has to put on the protective mask and start the inspection of these drying rooms, a circle down, at least 3 hours, "according to the weather conditions, timely observation to adjust the temperature and humidity inside the drying room, to ensure that each drying room normal operation."

Speaking of this job, Liu Misheng has a deep memory.

"At that time, because of the small space available for people to move into after a sufficient amount of catalyst was put into the drying room, coupled with the occasional smell of ammonia, almost no one wanted to do it." At first Liu Misheng was also a bit daunted, and after a week of studying with the team leader, he took the initiative to come on board and continue to learn while figuring it out. "Do a line of work and love a line of work, no matter what, do the work must have a sense of responsibility, to make people feel at ease, so that others say less, or even can not say gossip."

Soon, Liu Misheng entered the role: in addition to the Spring Festival holiday and September to send children to learn to take a few days off, almost no rest every month ", every day into the workshop the first thing is to see the drying room, before leaving work is also to see the drying room again before rest assured out of the workshop. As the "full-time housekeeper" of 80 drying rooms, Liu Misheng is familiar with each drying room, each piece of equipment and each parameter, meticulously ponders over the working methods and takes the initiative to cooperate with the team to complete the transformation of the drying room, successfully achieving the production goal of both racing against time and safely increasing speed and efficiency.

Nowadays, only special projects take 11-12 days after the transformation, other projects take 9-10 days in summer and only 10-11 days in winter, and the product qualification rate has also increased significantly compared to before.

Meticulous detail complex

All along, Liu Misheng insists on paying attention to details in his work and does not do Mr. Almost. In the drying room inspection position, he knows each drying room, each equipment and each parameter by heart, and is meticulous about the production environment. "After each batch of catalysts is dried, the equipment and premises must be cleaned and there must not be a bit of dust in every crevice, because the cleanliness of the environment is directly related to product quality." Even if there are problems, they can be located at the first time, and feedback with quality control and process in time to effectively keep the catalyst products in good shape after the first pass.

For this reason, Liu Misheng is also known by his colleagues as a "detail complex".

This "detail complex" also adheres to the principle of "if there is a problem, check yourself first": solve it first, then optimise it, change yourself and adapt to the environment. "You can't ask others to fit you, you can only change yourself and adapt to the environment."

Just like him in Yuanchen Technology, since he joined the company in July 2018, he has adjusted five positions in the catalyst workshop according to the development needs of the workshop, and each position is prestigious. He is also strict with himself and keeps expanding his skills: he has successfully obtained a forklift certificate and a safety officer certificate, and even participated in the company's speech contest, he memorised the script word by word and did it by heart. In his own words, he said, "Either you don't do it, or you do it, you must do it well."

This is also in line with his style of work, not only their own strict implementation of operating procedures, see colleagues of the irregular operation, will also be "nosy", remind them to prepare in advance, careful operation, pay attention to control the details, to eliminate the hidden dangers of safety.

It does not matter how big or small things are, as long as they are within their own responsibility and do their best to do them, they are the first-class people.
