According to incomplete statistics, the award-winning achievements in 2021 include 15 international patents, 471 invention patents, and 550 other intellectual property rights such as utility model patents; from 2018 to 2020, the related output value will reach 50 billion yuan, and profits will be 10 billion yuan. It reflects the acceleration of my country's environmental technology innovation. Project introduction: It is an inevitable trend for the development of the cement industry to further improve the pollutant discharge standards of the cement industry. At present, the vast majority of production lines in the domestic cement industry use the "low nitrogen combustion + SNCR" technology to treat nitrogen oxides. However, with the tightening of national environmental protection policies, the current treatment technology in the cement industry has been unable to meet the ultra-low emission requirements. SCR denitrification technology It is an ideal choice at this stage. The high dust concentration, large alkaline components, small particle size and high viscosity in the flue gas of cement kilns will have a serious impact on ordinary vanadium-titanium-based denitration catalysts. Combined with the characteristics of flue gas working conditions in cement kilns, the application of SCR denitration technology in cement kilns requires that the corresponding denitration catalysts have the characteristics of resistance to dust erosion, alkali/alkaline earth metal poisoning, ultrafine dust coverage, and heavy metal poisoning.
In order to make the denitration catalyst have the above characteristics, a large amount of other additives will be added in the catalyst preparation process. These denitration catalysts, which contain a lot of additives, become hazardous waste after the end of their 2-3 years of service life. According to statistics, about 100,000 m3 of waste denitrification catalysts will be produced in my country every year, and unreasonable disposal will seriously threaten the ecological environment. Although the resource recycling technology of vanadium-titanium-tungsten catalysts represented by power plants is relatively mature, the modified denitration catalyst for cement kiln flue gas still faces the technical difficulty of recycling waste catalysts. Therefore, the research and development of high-efficiency cement kiln flue gas treatment special denitration catalyst and its resource recycling technology is the key to realize the technological upgrading and sustainable development of the cement industry.
After 2 years of research and development, the project team has completed the research and development of technical systems such as anti-wear, anti-alkali metal poisoning and anti-heavy metal poisoning on the end face of cement kiln denitration catalyst through theoretical, method and technical research, and solved the problem of cement kiln denitration catalyst macropore forming. And the problem of recycling waste catalyst resources, realized a breakthrough in the types of denitrification catalyst products in the cement kiln industry and the cycle of the industry chain. The project results obtained 3 invention patents and 5 utility model patents.
The results of this project were successfully applied to the SCR denitration project of Line 1# of Chaohu Conch Cement Co., Ltd. The derivative products are widely used in industrial flue gas SCR in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta region, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt region. In the denitration project, the company's denitration catalyst has accumulated sales of 430 million yuan in the past two years, which has significantly improved the technical level of my country's cement kiln flue gas treatment and provided technical support for the pollution control of my country's cement industry.
