VOCS advanced treatment technology and process-waste gas efficient collection system
Sep 14, 2021This measure is aimed at the serious unorganized dissipation of VOCs, and the effective collection of exhaust gas is a prerequisite for in-depth treatment. Article 45 of the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law: Production and service activities that produce exhaust gas containing volatile organic compounds shall be carried out in confined spaces or equipment, and pollution prevention and control facilities shall be installed and used in accordance with regulations. Enclosed equipment and enclosed spaces are all enclosed collection systems, including enclosed areas or enclosed buildings formed by using a complete enclosure structure to block pollutants, workplaces, etc. from the surrounding space. In enclosed areas or enclosed buildings, except for the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, equipment and materials, as well as exhaust pipes and vents established by law, doors, windows and other openings (openings) should be kept closed at all times.
If it cannot be sealed, measures shall be taken to reduce exhaust gas emissions. The exhaust hood belongs to a local gas collection system. A reasonable exhaust hood is designed according to the characteristics of the discharge point, and the suction wind speed is controlled to improve the collection efficiency.
