The wide temperature difference denitrification catalyst is widely used in power plants, where the flue gas temperature is lower than 300℃ when the boiler is running at low load. The catalyst pores and the subsequent catalyst ash accumulation, wear and tear, air preheater clogging and a series of other problems. Based on the vanadium and titanium catalysts, the catalysts are doped with rare earth elements to increase the activity at low temperatures and to widen the denitrification temperature window to 250~420°C to achieve the denitrification requirements and to reduce the generation of ammonium hydrogen sulfate to achieve the purpose of denitrification under low load conditions in power plants.

1. Mainly, the performance reflects: strong sulfur resistance, effectively reducing the formation of ABS. Easy operation and maintenance. Low activity decay, with long life.

2. Mainly product characteristics: denitrification efficiency: possesses about 98% removal rate in the temperature range of 250~420℃. Specific surface area: 70±5(m2/g) . Compressive strength: axial compressive strength ≥ 2.5MPa, radial compressive strength ≥ 0.8MPa. wider activity window, to meet the 200 ~ 420 ℃ operation.
