Dust filter bag selection——PTFE bags(2/2)

Nov 09, 2022
The ptfe dust bag has a fine pore size of 0.1-3.5m and a fine pore porosity of 75-90%. Such a high microporous porosity enables tiny water and gas molecules to diffuse freely through the film's voids and therefore enables a large and dense amount of water vapour to pass freely. However, ptfe dust bags are extremely hydrophobic and water cannot pass through the microporous film. Due to the good properties of PTFE for any chemical substance, ptfe dust bags can be used in various chemical production technologies.

PTFE molecules in the Fatom symmetry, C-F in the two elements covalent combination, the molecule has no free electrons, the whole molecule is neutral. This makes PTFE have excellent dielectric properties. Due to the inert fluorine shell outside the PTFE molecule, it has outstanding non-stick properties with a low coefficient of friction.

PTFE has outstanding excellent overall performance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, hydrolysis resistance, non-stick, self-lubricating, excellent dielectric properties, very low coefficient of friction.

The ptfe cloth bag made of PTFE is mechanically soft. Has a very low surface energy. PTFE has a range of excellent properties for use.

High temperature resistance: 200 to 260 degrees for long-term use.

Low temperature resistance: soft even at -100 degrees

Corrosion resistance: resistant to aqua regia and all organic solvents.

Weather resistance: ageing life in plastics.

High lubricity: small coefficient of friction in plastics (0.04 ).

Non-stick: non-adherent to substances, low surface tension in solid materials.

Non-toxic: physiologically inert; excellent electrical properties, ideal class c insulating material, the thickness of newspaper can further shield 1500V high voltage; smoother than ice
