On January 13, Anhui Federation of Industrial Economics Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Center held a meeting in Hefei to evaluate the scientific and technological achievements of "Key Technology and Industrialization Application of Deep Wide Temperature Difference Structured High Efficiency Sulfur Resistant Denitrification Catalyst" completed by Yuanchen Science and Technology, with Professor Zhu Fahua, Vice General Manager of National Energy Group Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd, Professor Wang Guozhong, Researcher of Hefei Institute of Material Science and Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Zhu Shimin of Nanjing University of Technology, Professor Mao Zhiwei, the Professor of Nanjing University of Technology and expert in denitrification catalysts and Xing Xiaolin, Director of Biotechnology Department of Pingwei Power Plant as the evaluation experts. At the meeting, experts listened to the background and significance of the research and development, research content, technical solutions, innovation points, practical application and emission indicators and other related situation report, reviewed the relevant information, and went to Wanergy Hefei Power Co. From the comprehensive evaluation of the degree of technological innovation, advanced technical indicators, technical difficulties, etc., the evaluation experts unanimously agreed that the results of the temperature width as low as 200 ℃, while being able to resist sulfur poisoning for a long time has significant application significance, and the overall reached the international advanced level! The key technology achievements of Yuanchen Technology's deep and wide temperature difference structured high-efficiency sulfur-resistant denitrification catalyst have been successfully applied to the flue gas denitrification projects of many coal-fired power plants such as Waneng Hefei Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Jinan Thermal Power Co., Ltd, etc. After 3 months of stable operation and monitoring: under the flue gas conditions with the use temperature as low as 200℃ and SO2 concentration over 2000 mg/m3, the denitrification efficiency continues to be stable >90% and NOx emission concentration <30mg/m3, with good feedback from users and significant economic benefits. At the same time, Yuanchen Technology has also made breakthroughs in regenerative wide temperature technology, full process wide temperature denitrification, precision ammonia injection technology and other technologies in many power fields, and will provide more quality customers with in-depth services.
