Polyester Fiber Polyester filter media are usually used in low temperature situations, and membrane mulching is usually not needed. Teflon Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), also known as Teflon, is stretched to become a strong multi-porous material with a pore size of 0.1μm ~ 2.0μm, a porosity > 80%, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, cold and heat resistance, long-term use at-200℃ ~ 250℃, good electrical insulation and smooth surface properties. Polytetrafluoroethylene filter materials are often treated with film mulching or acupuncture to improve dust removal efficiency and prolong filter bag service life. Nomex Nomex filter media can be used for filter bag in the case of higher temperature and thicker dust particles. Nomex has good resistance to high temperature and is more resistant to bending than fiberglass. It can use higher injection pressure and can inject more filter bags with the same pulse valve. Glass Fiber Glass Fiber has good high temperature resistance, tensile resistance, acid-alkali resistance and hydrophobicity, but the glass fiber filter material is not resistant to bending, easy to be damaged in installation and operation, can not be cleaned under high pressure, and has high requirements for filter bag skeleton. After secondary treatment and film coating, the filtration performance of glass fiber is very excellent, and it has been widely used as filter bag material in Europe and the United States. P84 The high temperature resistance of P84 filter bag is slightly lower than that of glass fiber, the acid and alkali resistance is good, and the price is more expensive. Because of its special fiber structure, it is usually unable to cover the membrane, so the filtration efficiency is not as good as that of the coated filter bag.

According to the analysis of the corrosion results of the PPS filter bag, there are three main sources of corrosion: oxidation, sulfur trioxide and nitrogen dioxide. 1. S—H2SO4 S in the flue gas forms SO2 and then becomes SO3 by oxidation. In the presence of water vapor, sulfurous acid vapor and sulfuric acid vapor or aerosol will be formed and condensed on the PPS filter bag to form dilute sulfurous acid and dilute sulfuric acid. With the passage of filtration time and the increase of temperature, the water in dilute sulfurous acid and dilute sulfuric acid is volatilized and gradually converted into concentrated sulfuric acid with strong oxidizing property, which oxidizes and corrodes the PPS filter bag and makes the PPS filter bag ineffective. 2. NO2 Strong oxidants can directly oxidize and corrode the PPS polymer chain, resulting in chain scission of the PPS polymer chain. In the presence of water vapor, nitric acid vapor will be formed to condense and oxidize PPS on the filter bag, and at the same time, in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid and a catalyst, a nitrification reaction will occur. 3. O3 Strong oxidizing property, it can directly oxidize and corrode PPS, resulting in a sharp decrease in the strength of the fiber filter bag. At the same time, O3 also has the ability of desulfurization to remove S in the PPS molecule.

Due to the late start of flue gas denitrification project in China, some domestic enterprises engaged in waste flue gas denitrification catalyst treatment adopt on-site regeneration method. However, from the present point of view, factory regeneration is the mainstream denitrification catalyst regeneration scheme in the international arena. Factory regeneration is an organic combination of physical and chemical methods that can completely remove the surface and microporous blockage of denitrification catalysts, and more importantly, remove the chemically toxic arsenic, phosphorus and alkali metals effectively as well. Plant regeneration allows for a tightly controlled drying and calcining environment, which is critical to the effectiveness of the chemically active loading process. A true plant regeneration process is a complex physicochemical process and a regeneration solution tailored to each customer that restores the chemical performance of the denitrification catalyst to 100%. Plant regeneration is equipped with wastewater treatment facilities that can treat the wastewater generated during the regeneration process to meet the discharge standards. On August 19, 2014, the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China rejected on-site regeneration and encouraged factory regeneration in the Guidelines for Review of Hazardous Waste Business License for Waste Flue Gas Denitrification Catalysts. Therefore, plant regeneration is the mainstream technology in denitrification catalyst regeneration industry. Denitrification catalyst regeneration technology has nearly 20 years of application experience abroad, with mature technology and a large number of successful application results, while the domestic regeneration business has just started, with only a few application results. At present, the main foreign companies regenerating denitrification catalysts are Ebinger (Germany), Steag (USA), Coalogix (USA), etc. Ebinger (Germany) is the originator of catalyst plant regeneration technology. Coalogix, with technology from both Ebinger and Steag, is the second largest regenerator after Steag. The regeneration methods of each company basically include the following steps: ① vacuum or compressed air blowing; ② cleaning solution soaking or spraying; ③ ultrasonic cleaning; ④ active component re-impregnation; ⑤ calcination. The denitrification catalyst regeneration project is in line with the national environmental protection policy, which can save a lot of resources for the country and avoid secondary pollution to the environment, and is a project clearly encouraged by the state. In terms of market prospect, denitrification catalyst regeneration is very much in line with the current development trend and has a good domestic market.
