The working principle and steps of the circular dust bag filter are as follows: the dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber through the open flange set on the ash hopper, the coarser dust particles fall into the ash bin, and the gas containing fine dust is filtered through the filter bag. Dust is retained on the surface by the filter bag. Then the clean gas filtered by the cloth bag flows into the clean air chamber through the mouth of the bag, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag accumulates more and more, the programmer, that is, the pulse controller, starts to work. The pulse valves are opened one by one, and the compressed air used for cleaning dust is sprayed to clean the filter bag through the nozzle set on the blowing pipe, so that the filter bag suddenly expands. Under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the ash bin, and the dust is discharged by the ash unloading valve.

The round dust collector bag is a kind of dust collector bag, which plays a key role in the bag dust collector. The filter bag should be made of high temperature resistant materials, such as fiberglass cloth/felt, NOMEX, needle felt, P84 needle felt, etc. Taking into account the durable high temperature of the filter bag and the cost and other factors, the copper industry generally chooses NOMEX needle felt. However, in the filtration of acidic flue gas produced by coal-fired boilers and garbage incinerators, the strength is greatly reduced due to acid corrosion, which affects the service life of the filter material and limits the application of glass fiber filter material in this field.

The dust collector bag frame adopts a circular structure, and the longitudinal ribs and anti-support ring of the dust collector bag frame are evenly distributed. And have enough strength to prevent damage and deformation (longitudinal rib diameter ≥ φ4, 12 bars, reinforced anti-support ring φ5, spacing 200, φ130×6000). The "η" type cold-stamping short pipe is installed on the top to ensure the verticality of the bag cage and to protect the stability of the filter bag mouth during spraying.

The bag skeleton bone material of the dust collector is made of 20# carbon steel, which is formed at one time by the cage bone production line to ensure the straightness and torsion of the cage bone. The filter bag frame is smooth and free of burrs after being touch-welded, and has sufficient strength to prevent welding, false welding and missing welding.

The bag frame of the dust collector adopts organic silicon spraying technology, the coating is firm and corrosion-resistant, which avoids the rust of the cage bone surface and the adhesion of the filter bag after the dust collector works for a period of time, ensuring the smooth bag change and reducing the damage to the bag during the bag changing process. .
