Wide-temperature catalyst: Wide temperature range catalysts are utilized in the temperature range of 225-420℃. They can operate efficiently under low loads for extended periods, ensuring compliance with emission standards and achieving ultra-clean denitrification throughout the entire process. Dioxin reduction catalyst: It simultaneously achieves dioxin removal and denitrification, integrating SCO and SCR processes. Operating within a temperature range of 160-220℃, it achieves a remarkable efficiency of over 90%. Primarily applied in waste incineration, hazardous waste incineration, sintering machines, biomass power generation, coking, and other industries.     Recently, Yuanchen Technology delivered the NOx ultra-low emission SCR denitrification catalyst for the second line cement rotary kiln of BBMG road freight. The cement kiln co-disposal project for hazardous waste by North Water Environmental Protection Company is the earliest and most comprehensive project of its kind in China. It has the largest disposal capacity among similar projects, handling over half of Beijing's waste disposal tasks annually. With the disposal capacity of 100,000 tons per year, the cement kiln blending solid waste production line handles the disposal of 28 types of hazardous waste. Due to the fluctuating working conditions, high dust concentration, elevated levels of alkali metals or heavy metals, and variations in oxygen content, the project poses challenges for flue gas denitrification management in the cement industry.
